The lengths of hosepipes are sold in increments of 25 feet. The pressure diminishes with the increasing length so remember to buy only that much that is required and not more. If you really need a long hose you can combine two shorter ones. If there are two spigots you can put each hose at each water source.

Coupling - Coupling is the point where the hose is attached to the water supply. This coupling can be made of either plastic or brass. Brass is more durable but tightening the spigot becomes a great problem, as brass requires a lot of strength to handle it. An ergonomically shaped plastic coupling would be a better alternative than brass.

Some special hoses
